With over 27 years of legal experience, including 24 years in the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and commercial dispute resolution, I have spent my career helping businesses and individuals protect their intellectual property and resolve legal disputes.I started my journey as a Junior Advocate at MK Damodaran Associates in Ernakulam, where I handled drafting pleadings, court appearances, and legal research. I then worked as an IPR Associate at Fox & Mandal, Bangalore, focusing on trademark filings and IP strategy. In 2003, I co-founded Marks & Rights, where my focus is on IPR litigation, arbitration, and contract vetting. I also serve as a Partner at Axis Legal Partners in Kochi, at 2018 a full service commercial law firm providing legal advisory and corporate litigation.My practice areas include trademark, copyright, design law, patents, domain name arbitration, and commercial litigation, both within Kerala and beyond. I am also a Registered Patent Attorney with the Indian Patent Office and a Life Member of the Indian Council for Arbitration, New Delhi. I am also a life member of the Kerala High Court Advocates Association and the Bar Association Ernakulam.I was part of the inaugural Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) batch at the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), which laid the foundation for my career in IPR law.My goal is to provide practical, personalized legal solutions that meet the specific needs of my clients.
