Founded in 2001, the company develops and implements projects along the entire value-added chain of the wood industry – and focuses most of its work on timber construction.My roles: With nearly two decades of experience as a project manager specializing in internationalization and cooperation within the Styrian wood network (Holzcluster Steiermark, proholz Steiermark), I have made significant contributions across various key areas:Internationalization: Spearheading efforts in market research and project development for the Styrian and Austrian forestry and wood processing sectors. This includes devising strategies for market expansion and development, as well as providing specialized market research services tailored to the needs of cluster companies.Project Management: Leading the development and execution of sectoral innovation and cooperation projects, both regionally and internationally. This involves managing projects funded by the European Union (EU), including cross-border/Interreg projects, Erasmus+, and other initiatives.International Wood Promotion and Education: Organizing promotional activities across Central and South Eastern Europe to promote the use of regional, sustainable, and renewable timber resources. These efforts aim to raise awareness and encourage the adoption of timber as a preferred building material, contributing to environmental sustainability and economic growth.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to driving collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development within the forestry and wood processing industry.

International wood promotion: Facilitating knowledge exchange and enhancing expertise in wooden construction, with a specific emphasis on multi-story buildings. Providing consultancy and advocacy services in South Eastern European (SEE) countries. Engaged in the coordination of an international competition focused on wood-based urban densification and expansion (proHolz Student Trophy).
