I’m an Information Systems student at the University of Nevada, Reno (graduating May2025), with a knack for data management, process improvement, and customer service—skills I've built throughout my journey at ITS Logistics. Starting as a temp worker, I learned the ropes in operations as a picker, gaining a real appreciation for precision and teamwork. I soon moved into a customer service role as an Account Specialist, where I managed key client accounts and designed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency. Now, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, I’m responsible for overseeing high-value client accounts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting smooth billing operations.Each step along the way has pushed me to adapt, problem-solve, and embrace new challenges. My studies in data analytics and systems design give me the tools to dig even deeper, combining hands-on experience with technical insight. I’m excited about exploring new areas like enterprise support and data engineering, and I’m driven by the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact alongside a forward-thinking team.I have experience with WMS Datex and Softeon, and I'm currently enhancing my skills by learning MySQL to further my data management capabilities.
