Sr. Product Manager, Platform Services
CurrentResponsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of product strategies, roadmaps and customer onboarding for the UVERCE and bliQ platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and sales teams and customers to deliver an exceptional ecommerce experience.Key Responsibilities:• Developing and executing product roadmaps for ecommerce products, including feature prioritization, release planning, and product launch activities.• Work closely with UX designers and developers to create and implement user-centered designs that optimize the customer experience and drive conversion rates.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ecommerce products align with marketing, technology, and operations strategies.• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to inform product decisions.• Identify and resolve issues related to ecommerce products, including bugs, usability issues, and performance problems.• Manage relationships with customers, including compiling customer requirements and managing the development and implementation of their ecommerce site.• Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and customers.• Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
