Digitalised & simplified accounting data transfer between remote construction sites spread across the country and company back office using web app for mobile phones/tablets and OCR data extraction technology. Allowed budget reviews to increase from 1x month to 1x per week. Huge impact on ROI.4. Transformed legally required, traditionally pen & paper, construction progress diary into online format. Implemented automatic data interpolation such as daily weather forecasts or up-to-date sub-contractors/vendor data from corporate registers. Facilitated better communication and daily construction progress monitoring for the company back office and senior management.
