Assemble, configure, distribute and support jobsite networking systems.• Manages the Microsoft InTune Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. Develops, tests, and deploys provisioning packages for all devices and applications. Assist Level 2 technical support as necessary to support device or software deployment issues. Monitors software updates and patches to ensure devices are automatically updated as needed to provide a secure and reliable computing environment.• Manages Endpoint monitoring and threat protection systems including Microsoft Defender and Sentinel One. Reviews system alerts and logs, takes appropriate action when threats are identified to ensure network and connected systems remain operational and free of security threats.
