My research was focused on the molecular characterization of peripheral T-cell lymphomas, integrating clinicopathological correlations. My responsibilities included quality control and processing of RNA-seq data, detection of fusion genes from RNA-seq, and investigating their role in the development of peripheral T-cell lymphomas.

Worked on a project at ProfileXpert (Genomics and Microgenomics Platform of Claude Bernard University Lyon1) "Cellular, molecular and genomic investigation of chronic environmental exposure of low doses pollutants in a tumor progression model of breast cancer" had the objective to study the impact of bisphenol A in tumor progression. The work consisted to analyze transcriptome by using 1) RNA-seq data (NextSeq 500, Illumina) and 2) DNA methylation obtained from the same samples and using data from beadchip (Infinium methylationEPIC beadchip (Illumina), 3) to integrate transcriptomic and methylation data to understand the relationship between deregulated genes, methylation and exposure to toxic.
