In 2019, we were recognized by Veja Saúde magazine as the main information and guidance startup for people with consumption restrictions.At ilergic I was responsible for the strategic planning of the company and the product, carrying out the processes of customer and product development, leadership and team alignment. I experienced pre-incubation, incubation and acceleration processes with pre-seed input.In 2018 I worked on the development part of the solution, later I migrated to work with product definitions and all the responsibilities that a PO and PM perform.Since 2019, I worked on several fronts, such as the development of the sales process, monitoring our qualifications and training through the projects and public notices that were approved (eg: Capital Empreendedor and Jornada Startups), defining marketing strategies, building the our knowledge base and tools related to the LGPD, definition of product strategies and plans, construction of the onboarding process and customer follow-up, and construction of the document for using the solution.
