I am a meticulous biotechnologist specializing in various fields, including molecular biology, immunology, and bioinformatics. Currently, I am engaged in Biotechnology Lab at GLA University, Here I working on TB strain-Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis. Here i gain expertise in culture, staining, microscopy, extract preparation, animal handling, Herbal drug preparation, ELISA, Anti-MAP vaccine preparation from passages, Antigen preparation, Herald media preparation, streaking, REMA assay,Haemagglutination antibody titre, Animal handling- Rat, goat, sheep, cow .etc.. I was engaged in groundbreaking work at the Chimera Transplant Research Foundation's Transplant Immunology lab since 2020 to 2023. here, I expertise in histocompatibility testing and honed skills such as the Complement-dependent cytotoxicity cross-match test, T-cell & B-cell flow cytometry cross-match, Donor-specific Antibody cross-match, Luminex single antigen bead assay (LSA), HLA Typing on Luminex, Anti-ABO antibody titre, and DNA profiling on a Sanger sequencer. Additionally, I am actively involved with GENEBANDHU, a Stem Cell Registry .During my Masters at Jamia Hamdard University in New Delhi, I served as a Research Trainee. My dissertation project, "Computational Analysis of Immunogenic Properties of Mycobacterium tuberculosis PPE family protein Rv3539 - A Possible Subunit Vaccine," was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Javaid Ahmad Sheikh. This research project provided invaluable insights into the role of PPE proteins in vaccine development, utilizing both in-silico and in-vitro approaches. My dissertation focused on the development of an in-silico epitope-based vaccine using reverse vaccinology, with computational predictions of vaccine efficacy for the constructed epitopes. I successfully cloned the Rv3539 gene from Mycobacterium tuberculosis into the DH5α strain in-vitro.During my Bachelors, I worked on the dissertation topic "Study of Blood Donation" under the supervision of Dr. Zeeba S. Jairajpuri at Jamia Hamdard University. Here i expertise in donor selection, blood collection, ABO and Rh typing, cross-matching, blood screening for antibody detection, and testing for diseases like HIV, hepatitis B, and syphilis. I also gained expertise in component separation, blood product preparation, and storage of components like Packed Red Blood Cells (PRBCs), Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP), Platelet Concentrates, and Cryoprecipitate. Furthermore, I hold a Diploma in MLT- expertise in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, blood bank and Histopathology.
