Babies at the Barre™ is a mommy and me style class designed for new caregivers and their babies. You will work your body from the inside out while you playfully interact and connect with your bundle of joy. This class is a mix of ballet and pilates style exercises completed at the ballet barre, center, and on the floor. Exercises target your core, arms, legs, and glutes while assisting flexibility.
