As a service engineer with a strong foundation in telecommunications, I transitioned into the role of CTO, driven by my passion for software development and extensive involvement in IT projects. My expertise in Python, along with my hands-on experience in backend development, allows me to effectively address business needs and facilitate rapid prototyping.In my role as CTO, I led the development and integration of company products, focusing on backend solution discovery, requirements analysis, technical documentation, and project oversight. I have successfully created new products from scratch, taking ideas from inception through to market launch. My responsibilities included managing multidisciplinary technical teams, encompassing support, installation, and development functions, and providing essential technical guidance to enhance product strategies.While my primary role has been as a CTO, I have always maintained a deep involvement in programming and software development. I have implemented agile project management practices, to streamline communication and improve efficiency among stakeholders and team members. This approach contributed to reducing error rates, optimizing workflows, and significantly enhancing the technical health and reliability of our products.My goal now is to fully immerse myself in software development, transitioning from my executive role to become an integral part of a development team. I am eager to apply my comprehensive skill set to tackle complex challenges, develop robust backend solutions, and contribute to groundbreaking projects.
