In my role as a Senior Manager Colleague Experience and Technology at VMware I led the shift from project to product-based, feedback-driven delivery. I managed Data Center services (Virtualization, Private cloud, Server management and Database services) and Network services (Voice, Video Conferencing and Data lines) with a multi-million EUR budget. My main goals was to prepare for and support the execution of a transition to managed services provider.

I was in charge of the end-to-end IT support for a global client with services contract for more than $100M TCV. I led a multi-cultural team of more than 150 FTE IT engineers who were providing Server Management services, Backup, Storage, Database management, Presentation Virtualization services, Application packaging and deployment, Line of Business Application Management, Communication and collaboration services and the whole ITIL Service Management support.

I was in charge of the Infrastructure services (Server Management, Backup, Storage, Database services, Application operations and Messaging services) for a Swedish group of customer owned insurance companies. I led a team of 60 FTE IT support engineers.

I was a technical lead for a major Irish bank. With my team we designed a highly available MS Exchange 2007, Lync and Integrated Archiving Platform and we migrated over 14,000 mailboxes from Lotus Domino within 3 months without any disruptions.
