Responsible for securing the funding, both from the State and the Federal Agencies, for receiving the necessary approvals to release the RFP, to procuring an Implementation Vendor. This project was one of the largest system integration projects in the State of Georgia with the total project cost of over $100M. Successfully implemented, in June 2008, on time and under budget, and currently used by over 3000 case workers across the State. The system has been thence enhanced system using J2EE technologies, Advanced Analytics using Power BI and OBIEE, complex data integrations using Web methods and matching cases across disparate sources using Teradata. -
