Led the daily operations of the Data Governance team, overseeing the development and implementation of the Data Governance framework and policies. The team was tasked with conducting risk analysis, performing monitoring activities, and maintaining close collaboration with development teams and business users to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

As Team Lead in the Data Governance team, I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies for Data Management and Data Quality. My role was crucial in the Operations Core application migration project, which involved consolidating multiple legacy systems across various Intrum countries into a newly developed application. My team played a key role in testing the new application, focusing on Data Management, Data Quality, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, and the Data Model.We collaborated closely with vendor development teams, in-house developers, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration. During the migration phase, my team was deeply involved in the entire data pipeline, overseeing mappings, migrations, go-lives, data lifecycle management within the new system, and extraction processes into the Central Data Hub.

As a Delivery Manager I am responsible for Group Data Hub (Big Data Hadoop based solution) technical development and Data Governance within this Hub. My daily responsibilities include: - taking care of two fantastic teams (Developers/Data Engineers and Analysts/Data Stewards);- technical ownership of Data Hub and Data Models;- stakeholder relationship management across organization (management, data providers, data consumers);- project long term development and architecture;We make sure that data which is being generated across whole group in multiple production and satellite systems is not only available in one place, but is also actually usable. We enable data availability and quality for group level solutions like scoring, portals, reporting and analysis. Being part of business critical functionality, we make sure that data is readily available when it is needed.

- As RA Analyst, I was fully responsible for revenue assurance in multiple countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, IoT). This role involves working with data heavy datasets (millions of rows, as detailed investigation is performed on call/SMS/data session level) from numerous systems (network, mediation, rating, billing) to ensure that data integrity and data validity;- Daily managing RA support and ongoing issues (Development of daily RA controls (Excel, Power BI, PL/SQL), prioritization of issues for RA support personnel, performing challenging investigations (SQL, R))- Project assurance (participation in projects to make sure that system upgrade/migrations do not have negative/unexpected impact on revenues)Achievements:- Initiated and led control automation initiative that allows to save time on initial investigations of known issues. Developed framework that allows to enchase further automation;- Initiated and led transition of monitoring from Excels to Power BI dashboards;- Started to use R in daily work which allowed to perform data heavy analysis/reconciliations which previously required additional development.

As part of Category Analytics team my routine responsibilities were new dashboard and analysis development. I was responsible for data quality in Fuel Margin area that is used to map and connect number of data sources. One of my tasks was to continuously improve data quality assurance routines and be main point of contact for business and IT.In cooperation with local business and F&C took part in margin bridge project (Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark).Completed Target setting tool development (excel, access, sql) from idea to go-live. Tool is used for yearly top target distribution to detailed level for all countries, taking into account site and product specifics, seasonality etc. Allocated targets are now used by sales, distribution planning and sourcing.
