CurrentAs a Business Analyst -• Leading interaction with clients and service line team to build relationships, manage the data collection process and present analyses throughout the project timeline• Documenting the project scope, defining the process captures and documenting the PDD• Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats• Constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications• Recommending controls by identifying problems• Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget• Monitoring project progress by tracking activities, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions• Maintaining user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential• Preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends• Contributing to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed• Validating resource requirements and development cost estimate models• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports• Understanding and communicating the financial and operational impact of any changes
