Nature of Job:- Design & Development of automatic glass cutting pre-process line as per requirement of in-house production department.- Design & development of automatic glass handling lines, material handling units, electro-pneumatic transfer conveyor.- Industrial automation. - Team management - Resource management.- LEAN manufacturing.- Process engineering solutions.- Low Cost Automation.- Leading team of engineers for implementation of design improvements.- Checking & verifying the drawings as per manufacturing / design / commissioning point of view.- Implementation of TPM activities under initial control pillar.- Ensuring proper Safety regulation under premises.Projects Completed : - Preprocess automotive glass cutting–grinding–drilling line with robotic de-palletizing of glass.- Made an AUTO-LISP program for interfacing CAD data into PLC via MS component.- Glass washing machines for pre-process glass lines.- Automatic glass cutting m/c for small automotive glass (VQ/RQ).- Robotic Glass Grinding Application for VQ/RQ glass with KUKA Robot KR16 with the help of Robot Works teaching software.- Design improvements in preprocess Architectural Glass Cutting line.

Projects Completed : - Design a whole machine model independently for high-speed production.- Design a Warp Tensioning System used in Circular weaving m/c’s for distributing equal tension in all warp tapes simultaneously by using Analog Sensor.- Design a Magazine Winder first of its own unique design (first time introduce Pneumatic arrangements) used for winding the fabric coming out of Circular Weaving m/c’s. - Initiated and completed research on Cam Profile of Cam (Heart of Circular Weaving m/c) for increasing efficiency, production & low power consumption in a Machine model. - Design & Developed a Heddle/Heild-Wire Belt Test Rig for checking/finding belt life.- Made a program for generating profile of Cam used in Circular Weaving m/c in AUTO-LISP programming language. This program helps in generating profile of Cam in 10 to 15 seconds.- Generate many programmable calculation sheets for design purpose in Excel format like Compression Spring calculations, Tension Spring Calculations etc.- Initiated, Handled & completed E-catalogue (spare part catalogue) with the help of EDP, to made ease in preparation & to avoid general mistakes. Also made available E-catalogue to the concerned departments on their computer at the instant (saving of time & paper).Extra Curricular Activities :• As a member of ISO 9001:2000 team, ensuring design activities adhere with the standards.• As a team member, Searching areas required computerization of design requirements / documentations and also initiating to fulfill these requirements with the help of EDP.Awards & Achievements : • Received Certificate of Appreciation & Trophy for the most appreciated Improvement in the assigned area of work.
