- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs;- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms;- Ensuring communication with candidates is quick and professional at all stages from the moment they submit their applications/are contacted until the moment they are hired, rejected, or withdraw;- Developing and customizing hiring stages according to the job role;- Filling the detailed feedback about the candidate and creating his portrait for the hiring manager;- Arranging zoom or in-person interviews;- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager;- Coordinating interviews for the hiring team;- Performing background and reference checks;- Feedback gathering & analysis;- Creating/maintaining job offers for the finalists;- Tracking recruitment KPIs such as the source of hire and time-to-hire;- Developing referral program (market research, writing policy, bonus structure for internal and external referrals, promotional campaign)Markets: Ukraine, Israel, Spain and the USA
