Operational E2E focal point for 2nd level Assurance activities inside Cloud Support Services Unit in GSC Romania.Responsible for managing the teams from the following functional areas: BSS, Core Networks, Services, Infrastructure. Driving teams towards the assigned goals for the 2nd Level Operations including KPIs/SLAs, developing mid-long term strategies and managing the business processes from and E2E perspective.

- 2'nd level support in billing services for H3G Italy- maintain billing systems ( pre-paid rating; post-paid rating; refills; sellings )- keep in contact with the development teams for improvement and implementation of new services- keep in direct contact with the customer for new solutions requests.

•Network surveillance, restoration and preventative maintenance•Monitoring, troubleshooting, fault acknowledgement and fault analysis for Billing ( Singl.eView – Intec Application ), CRM ( People Soft - Oracle Application ) , Provisioning ( Provident Application ), Tibco Eai ( HP Appliation ) systems for H3G Telecom•Developing internal procedures for managing the errors in Tibco flows automatically•Developing shell scripts and PL SQL stored procedures in order to support the internal OPIs •Manage fault resolutions and service deliveries for BSS in the production environment•Work with the application for trouble ticket management•Maintain the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs•Interact with other technicians, customer technical staff and other groups within Service Delivery organization•Control and manage complex technical situations
