The Service Delivery Manager is the key contact for all the network related incidents and activitieswithin a Managed Services Project. The main tasks include:- Ensure the compliance with all the measures related to logical and physical security enforced by the ISMS at the company level;- Reports and interacts directly to the GNOC Director;- Takes responsibility for all the Incident Management related activities according to ITIL framework;- Attends project meetings and prepares process & network KPI and SLA reports as agreed with thecustomer and makes sure to achieve SLA targets;- Manages the project team composed of local engineers ensuring motivation, dedication andprofessionalism in a multicultural team;- During transition phases is responsible with recruiting, training, process alignment, client-supplier workshops or other tasks related to project establishment both in Romania and abroad;- Takes part in due diligence & transition phases and is responsible with estimating, calculating and applying the project budget;- Lead numerous cross-functional project teams simultaneously with focus on negotiating timelines and building consensus;- Plan and implement activities related to daily operations and task assignment;- Part of the continuous effort of efficiency improvement and cost control activities such as automation;- Responsible with developing plan before and after cutover as well as recruiting (interviewing, testing and training);- Customer meetings for daily operations;- Security audits & process KPI (MTTR, FTR, FLR, OTD) reviews for the project undermy scope including the development of improvement plans;- Process customization workshops with the client's operational team before cutover;- Managing a team of 25 FO engineers, 9 BO engineers, 1 Change Manager and 1 ReportingSpecialist;- Weekly/monthly operational meetings;- Crisis management and incident manager;- Escalation point for all project related departments (FO, BO, CM)

- prepare and maintain the process and procedures documents related to Fault Management, Service Desk, Change Management, Network Performance Management;- supervise and review the build and installation roll-outs activities;- prepare the BO RAN report for the operational meetings;- maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations;- handle and execute Change Requests within the stipulated time frame;- second line of support for issues escalated by FO- perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes;- Involvement in upgrade/updates of live nodes;- resource management aptitude.
