Oldcastle Materials is the leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mixed concrete, and paving services in the United States. Annually we produce 165 million tons of aggregates, 50 million tons of asphalt, and 10.5 million cubic yards of ready mixed concrete at 1,400 locations nationwide. I progressed through the leadership ranks of the company – serving as a Sourcing Manager and Performance Manager. I initially started with oversight of 40 manufacturing plants in the Midwest and increased that to nearly 400 plants before leaving to start MES.My accomplishments included:► Realized more than $8 million in annual refunds and savings.► Cultivated long-term, strategic relationships with hundreds of managers and personnel across a large geographic territory to help them assess and better manager their energy spend.
