In this job, I was customer facing,working to make direct sales with clients looking for a range of beauty products made from mud and salts of the Dead Sea.The role had a high degree of customer service, facing activity as well as the support administration of an active retail location.I worked not only to drive sales activities, but to fill the support activities of the sales teams from analysing daily activity figure, to financial sales monitoring of the whole team.As a Manager my first priority was to lead the team by giving them example in how to do the job correctly.
