Within the company, my main responsibilities are:- Performing data entry tasks regarding product prices, names, and descriptions, as well as calculations related to sales figures, stocks, and other essential data;- Providing assistance to members from all departments, including sales, finance, and management;- Managing logistical tasks, from selecting suppliers for specific equipment to the successful delivery of goods to the end client;- Reporting and resolving issues related to the technical and logistical status of required equipment;- Creating logistical reports aimed at ensuring transparency regarding the logistical status of ongoing projects;- Managing the flow of information within the logistics department and cooperating with other members from different company departments to achieve common objectives.Achievements:- Developing a report template on the status of ongoing projects, designed to centralize information from multiple documents and reports to provide a transparent overview of project progress and the achievement of proposed objectives.

I started out as sales assistant, now a data consultant. Main activities and responsibilities are:- Processing sales orders via online shop, email, telephone and WhatsApp;- Issuing invoices and other documents in "Smartbill" platform;- Management of company site's data in "PrestaShop" platform;- Collaboration with stakeholders and providing information regarding the status of placed orders;- Providing technical assistance regarding modification or cancellation of placed orders and, also, providing information regarding available stocks and delivery terms for specific products;- Maintenance of company's database with stakeholder's info and updating as required.Achievements: - Rebuilt our "Terms and conditions" page from zero and updating as necessary. This helped our stakeholders better understand the rules and terms by which we operate and also avoid any legal issue;- Reshaping the titles and descriptions of the whole list of products we have to offer as we switched to our new billing software in 2022, therefore making management of products and placing orders far more easy.
