As Head of Marketing at Ecovent, my mission is to optimize, improve and grow the marketing department. My role as a leader in the department is to guide the team to the exceptional results that will come. I take care of everything related to marketing: Paid ADS (Google Ads | Facebook Ads | TikTok Ads), Social Media Strategies, Influencer Marketing, UX / UI, Customer Satisfaction through E-Commerce techniques and much more.

I created woodcrafts.ro, an online store for personalized products and interior decorations. Using efficient resources, manufacturers and online sales techniques, we managed to develop an optimized and automated E-Commerce system.

I work as an Online Marketing Consultant on my own to help small and medium companies in Romania achieve their goals online. I build complete presentation sites and online stores for my clients. I offer consulting in cost optimization and process automation.

We created and managed a special concept that includes a cafe and a bike shop with service in Bucharest through a physical location and a strong online presence. I managed a team of four employees in two departments, as well as online sales.

We created and managed the B2B distribution network throughout Romania of Gaciron products (Cycling Accessories), with over 30 collaborating sporting goods stores. We built, implemented and optimized a multi-channel online sales system using FB Ads and Influencer Marketing and recorded sales of over 60,000 Euro through them. I learned and applied notions of: lead generation, cold calling, influencer marketing, Fb Ads, customer relations management.

Responsible for sales in the physical store, consulting customers for the purchase of specialized equipment in the field of sports equipment - bicycles. Also responsible for managing stocks of goods and replenishing them.
