I started my career in IT as a software developer and then raised to Team Lean and further to Product/Project manager.As a Product/Project manager in our company I:- was responsible for development of one of the areas of our company - web applications (about 30 applications);- made up to 6 application releases per month;- successfully launched projects based on our applications for: CIVIQ Smartscapes, Toys'R'Us, Brandsmart, Stainmaster, 7-Eleven, Nestle, PC Richard and others;- performed impovement in our CRM system for RiteCheck company.Right now my responsibilities include:- High level planning 1-year perspective;- Communication with stakeholders abroad;- System and functional design;- Short-term planning and scoping;- Resource management;- Communication with support team in US; - Product release management;
