I have been leading cross-functional teams and driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. My promotion wasn't initial, but my deep competencies and leadership allowed me to become the Team Lead. I have been leading a long-term big Data Center project with an international team roster. Our team showed the highest level of ownership and got trust credit from the client, so with time, I became the Coordinator on the Client side responsibilities as well.Most signature achivements I provided on this position:-biggest multicultural team in the company;-got one more contract for the following 2 buildings-promoted 2 more guys on Team Leads and let them het their own projects-provided a few lections as a speaker on an internal education platform to share our big project experience

I started from the very beginning – I had no experience in BIM until I joined VEC. My technical education was helping me but not so much as I wished to. First project was really small - Boiler room for just 2 month. But it was enough for me to learn all basic functions in the necessary software - Revit, Naviswork, and Bluebeam. My next project was a full-scale BIM experience for me - from the "knowing buttons guy" to fully participating in meetings with the client BIM specialist. During that year I've improved my technical skills, my English, decision making and communication inside and outside the team.
