Development of a new application/workspace within the federal-level Medical Information System (MIS).Replacing a legacy product (built from scratch, microservices architecture, data migration).As the sole analyst on the project, I manage all business and system-related issues throughout the development lifecycle:- refinement and clarification of project requirements, scope, and architecture;- discussion, approval, and modification of the conceptual product architecture;- prioritization of features and tasks;- managing development tasks (frontend/backend);- development and description of service interaction contracts;- handling analytics tasks related to adjacent issues (XSLT transformations, mappings with related services and applications, diagrams/schematics, etc.);- maintaining documentation: use cases, user interfaces, algorithms/rules, interaction schemes, API contracts, and more.The project employs a modern technology stack (PostgreSQL database, backend with Java (Spring), frontend with Angular, etc.).Communication between frontend and backend is done via REST (JSON), while interactions with other services in the MIS occur via Kafka topics and/or SOAP (XML).

Work in the project of migration one of the PJSC SberBank application from legacy CRM to microservice architecture.Analysis of current business needs, implemented implementations, legacy architecture and existing interactions with legacy applications (queues, data bus, using Rest API mostly). Defining and following a migration roadmap.Maintaining top-level stories by functionality, decomposition of requirements, including application-level requirements: setting for development. Maintaining, fixing artifacts of analytical work, decomposition and description of processes using various notations, mainly UML Sequence Diagram.Description of interaction contracts (REST, bus) using UML, BPMN, IDEF.

Work in a team for the development and implementation of Interdepartmental Interactions (tenant micro-services) within the framework of the federal "Platform of Public Services" using agile methodologies. Data exchange using JSON/XML.Analysis of the current state of the System, collection and development of requirements and solutions for the completion/development of the system. Analysis of the multiple "Information Views" (single request and response for the provision of federal interdepartmental information on demand) and development of applied solutions (interaction scenarios, US/UC/UX, R&D, TOR, front/back development, etc) (using Rest API/SOAP).Maintaining, updating and documenting information in the development process in Confluence and Jira.Description of business processes and services using various notations, in particular Aris BPMN, UML.

Maintenance and support of the existing system model. System analysis of the current state of the system, code analysis, formation of requirements for system improvement (TOR, User Stories, Use Cases, User Experience, etc).Description, design and implementation of business process automation functionality in an ERP system environment and integration with other internal and external services. Support for users on emerging issues when working with implemented and current functionality.Updating SRs, instructions and documentation.
