👋 Hi there! I'm Vlad Tovbin, a passionate and results-driven Computer Science graduate from Ben Gurion University. Currently, I'm making waves as a Student Software Engineer at Foresight Automotive, where I've been contributing to groundbreaking projects as part of the R&D team since January 2023.💻 In my role at Foresight Automotive, I've immersed myself in the dynamic world of C++ development within a Linux-based environment. Over the past year, I've honed my skills in data structures, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns. My expertise extends to program testing using Google Test and version control with Git and GitLab. I'm well-versed in agile methodologies, working seamlessly with tools like Confluence and Jira.🚗 As part of my responsibilities, I've implemented the Automotive SPICE methodology to elevate our software development lifecycle. I played a pivotal role in enhancing code readability, maintainability, and robustness by developing and maintaining coding guidelines protocols based on industry standards like Misra and Autosar. Moreover, I spearheaded the transformation of C legacy code into modern C++ 14/17, aligning with safety standards like Autosar C++ 14.🛠️ Additionally, I leverage Parasoft software to analyze our company's code, identify potential violations, and efficiently resolve them. This integrated approach ensures the quality and reliability of our software, contributing to our commitment to excellence.🔍 My commitment to continuous learning has led me to explore additional technologies such as Django framework, Rest API, AWS, Microsoft Azure, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and microcontrollers like esp32 and esp8266.
