• Conducted day to day analysis of results for New Bile Acid test, using hemoglobin, ascorbic acid, and linearity of reagents for submission to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).• Disposed of unneeded samples and waste.• Responsible for the preparation of test kits for veterinary laboratory diagnostics such as BUN (Blood/Urea/Nitrogen), Bile Acids, Creatinine, and Lipase tests using chemicals and enzymes.• Buffer/reagent preparation and chemical management.• Reads, understands, and follows appropriate SOP's and comply with cGMP's.• Performs routine maintenance, calibration, and sanitation of all laboratory equipment including glassware, pipettes, and pH meters.• Properly documents all test results in a laboratory notebook and on MS Excel spreadsheets in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.• Conducts stability testing on reagents prepared in the laboratory.• Responsible for QC of test results for controls and reagents.• Responsible for testing reagents and calibrators on Spectrophotometer and Analyzer machines based on manufacturers specifications.• Responsible for processing packages of test kits for distribution.
