Before this role, I had the opportunity to work on individual projects in the role of Project Owner and coordinate one project at the time. Due to the needs of the production, there was a need to work on several projects at the same time, and my superiors and colleagues thought that I was the best solution for the role of the main producer. In essence, these are very similar roles, except that several simultaneous projects are involved. This role suits me because I can point out upcoming problems to my colleagues in a timely manner or put them back on track if they go in the wrong direction. Therefore, we manage to meet deadlines without losing quality. I love my role in the company because I can carry the load and thus enable other colleagues to achieve their maximum in their field. Only in that way can we get the best possible product.
