Working with key hub leaders from Engineering, Customer Support, Finance, and People functions• Working on Employee Relations cases resolution (e.g., Workplace conflict, Termination, Sickness, Policy violation, etc.)• Partnering with People Leaders in Yerevan to implement global People Initiatives such as talent management, performance management, engagement• Analyzing data to create valuable, actionable insights and recommendations for Yerevan teams & hub in general "health"• Partnering with our Global Mobility team to effectively execute our talent localization strategy
