I am supporting the creation of new teams (100+ people) as part of the BNP strategy to develop the group IT department in Romania. Point of contact between local entities / teams and central teams, active in recruitment, procurement and team management. Closely work with business, suppliers, teams and candidates. Monitoring different department activities, responsible of budget, onboarding and delivery. Steering various communications between remote and local entities and teams.

Ensure that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done, from a reliable laptop and VPN access for remote work, to necessary applications used in day to day activities. Up-close coordination with other departments like HR or finance so data is secure.

Helping the strategic development of the domain, managing the budget and the capacity as well as securing the service delivery within the defined and agreed SLA.Other responsibilities are related to ensuring customer satisfaction at the appropriate level, leading development teams in synch with the company and the group values, growing people and attracting talents within the company.For the domain that I support I have to define and monitor KPIs and present them to the board, steer applications developed and maintained by the domain teams, define and implement quality gates in synch with the group policy and define governance procedures.

As a delivery manager within CET I was following the entire life cycle of various applications developed for BNPP PF group. I oversaw both projects and run activities for the assets in my area. Supported the backlog management, providing high level estimations, budget control, capacity and feature planning.I was also helping the teams in putting in place and following security and architecture reviews for the assets owned.My responsibilities also required aligning business analysts team, development team and test team to follow the plan and meet the objectives agreed with clients.In my daily activities I worked with development teams that covered a mix of technologies (Java, .NET). I worked with both local and distributed teams, both internal and external employees.

Developer in the Sustaining Team for both Interchange and B2Bi products (applications for trading and transforming documents using different formats and various transport protocols).Responsible for fixing both customer cases and internal defects raised by QA engineers.Responsible for assisting level 3 support in discussions with the customers in order to properly understand their issues and help in their replication.Main areas of expertise: Java EE, debugging, log analysis, memory profiling, multi-threading, caching, transport protocols (SFTP, FTP/s, HTTP/s, OFTP, PeSIT), JMSMain challenges: The level of complexity of the products is very high thus the majority of cases raised by our customers are corner cases that are hard to replicate.

Managing a small team for the Secure Relay component.My main responsibilities are to coordinate the developers and QA engineers and to help translating the Product Manager requests into development phases. Responsible for planning and organizing all the aspects of the product (team, deliveries schedule and scope, tasks).Main areas of expertise: Project Management, Agile developmentMain challenges: The Secure Relay component is part of multiple products and solutions. The main challenge is to align priorities to in order to comply with requests coming from various products that have separate delivery schedules and needs.

I worked on the development of the company's own framework and on the development of the applications that were built using this framework. I was also involved in the development of a small CMS (Content Management System) used to create small and medium size websites.Main areas of expertise: Java
