Work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners/vendors to ensure that all Mutual Fund Technical requirements are clearly defined, documented and understoodParticipate in all phases of the SDLC and project life cycleProvide input into project timelines and implementation plans and strategiesLiaise with other technology and business partners, vendors in support of new mutual fund related initiativesAnalyzes and makes recommendations in formulating and defining system scope and objectivesMaintains a good understanding of client processesSupport change management initiativesProactively identifies, investigates and resolves potential issues / constraints which may impact successActively participate in the development of test plans, test cases and execution to ensure that new products and / or enhancements to existing products are delivered on time and with a high degree of quality

Support UNITRAX software by resolving customer inquiries according to the support guidelinesProvide business rules and assist in the development, UAT validation and implementation of new product developments on various systems as required by internal and external clients. Projects include UNITRAX releases and new product or system enhancementsProvide first line of support for internal and external customer inquires Resolve all inquires and provide feedback to the internal customers Communicate information in a timely and effective mannerDevelop and execute testing plans for system modifications, enhancements, and bug fixes as requiredCoordinate or lead UAT testing of UNITRAX releases with other business users and document test results Provide input to document new procedures and processes pertaining to the software for end usersAdhere to Citigroup procedures and policies as it relates to personal, information in business requirements, production support and testing
