Executive Member of global NGO responsible for $300,000 budget managing 8 paid staff and 100+ volunteers in Ukraine with a direct line of report to the Executive Direc-tor. Responsible for program design, implementation and evaluation. Outreach strate-gist contacting the media and key stakeholders to advance knowledge of PKU’s pro-gramming. Represent PKU at Ukrainian governmental committee meetings regionally and nationally. Travel globally to represent PK at international professional meetings and training seminars to advance its work. Leadership Training: Designed, implemented, and facilitated leadership training pro-grams impacting the lives of 3,500 women in Belarus, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine re-sulting in 1,000 women employed in professional and lay leadership positions advocat-ing for women’s issues locally and nationally for women’s health, preventing gender vio-lence, stopping human trafficking and promoting tolerance.Women's Health: Supervises PKU’s women’s health initiative bringing women’s health campaigns on health, wellness & prevention, reproductive health and chronic disease to 70 communities in Ukraine. In 2016, engaged more than 2,000 Ukrainian women in a campaign to promote Healthy Lifestyles. Recognized nationally for engaging more than 100 Ukrainian NGO’s and government organizations in PKU’s women’s health cam-paigns. Co-founder of All-Ukrainian Coalition of Reproductive Health, uniting 26 organizations across Ukraine. Attended and sent PKU leaders to participate in seminars on reproduc-tive health.Oversees annual campaign to End Gender Violence – This year more than 80 communi-ties participated in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, conducting a wide range of programs from community round tables to trainings and street actions. For the first time, the Ukrainian government officially supported the project and held a kick-off on the steps of the national legislature.
