I love being involved in the business side of every operation and I like understanding WHY something has to be done.“WHY are we doing this?” was my favourite question. It still is.Even though my career started as a Junior Software Engineer, from the very beginning I’ve been putting myself in client facing situations.Although the job didn’t required me to, I was constantly trying to be as close as possible to the client and understand a feature I was working on from their perspective.My main advantage was always that I could quickly get a “big picture” image of a situation and understand how a change could have an impact on different kind of levels.My passion for business and healthy food lead me into creating a local brand called Tata Vlad.But Tata Vlad is not only about creating raw vegan energy bars. Tata Vlad is about creating a trust-worthy brand, constantly analysing and improving the business at every level.As a Co-Owner, I was responsible with recruiting and leading a small team, with generating leads, managing and also creating new partnerships.Now, the business has grew to a point that is able to self-sustain, due to the processes and procedures that we’ve put in place.My experience as a business owner pushed me into the realm of Product Ownership, and going back to the IT sector was a natural and easy to make decision.
