- Increasing simatec's sales through current distribution network - Paying regular visits to potential and current customers within the regions.- Actively hunting new accounts- Increasing business opportunities by finding new routes to market. - Creating and implementing sales strategies

- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.- Traveling within the assigned region, which includes the following states: NJ, NY, CT, PA, MD, NH, MA, ME, VT, DE, RI. Approx. 23 days a week.- Development and delivery of product demonstrations. - Representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows.

- Achieves the region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Ringfeder products.- Directs the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. - Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective actions.- Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring.- Reviewing project plans, evaluating the project, determining the scope of work and assisting with the interpretation for estimating.

- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers. - Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers. - Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.- Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using AutoCad or SolidWorks.- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
