- Founded an online platform to connect tenats regarding unreasonable increases in rent due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The platform provided a social environment for prompt and cohesive communication among tenants to unite against landlords. Attracted law students for pro bono legal aid to efficiently request government's support. - Used Django Channels and WebSockets API for asynchronous chats (back end) - Developed a convenient front-end interface to enhance user experience. Used JavaScript, HTML/CSS- Favorable terms from landlords were obtained: up to 70% decreases in rent, saving renters from bakrupcy.
