- Commercial coordination: dealing with small and also big accounts regarding guarding services, technical issues, dispatch, contracts, insurance, collection, etc;- Marketing: rebranding, finding solutions for the improvement of existing services and for new services, pricing;- Sales: I have to coordinate the sales team and also to work by myself in finding new customers for all the company services;- Technical coordination: coordinate the service and installation teams for security systems (alarms, video systems, access control, etc);- Project management: for big technical projects;- Managing all the security operations indoor/outdoor and on-site ;- Training for new / old employees / security guards- Keeping constantly in touch with the beneficiary;- Managing the Rapid Response Tactical Team;- Managing the dispatch;- Making of the Security Plan for the beneficiary Company.
