- Electrical Schematics design;- PLC programming;- HMI/SCADA configuring/programming;- Comprising documentation such as FAT, SAT, Software Design Specification, Safety Requirements Specification, etc.

- Maintained in-house ETL application that populated a SCADA project. The app ingests RTU/PLC tags defined in xlsx file and loads to SCADA server's tags via SCADA API. Thus achieving the automation of SCADA project's initial creation and further configuring.- Spearheaded the SCADA project's FAT.

Participated as a member of a cross disciplinary team in the project of state significance, during which the team developed, passed FAT, and commissioned SCADA system, size of fifty thousand tags (signals), for Pipelines Control Centre.Designed HMI screens and configured database.During SAT, I Checked correctness of HMI indications triggered by analog and digital input signals of field equipment and machinery; checked correctness of output control commands; tested alarming and trending SCADA functionality.Tailored HMI screens and SCADA configuration working in close cooperation with field and PLC engineers.Commitments:During development phase, I thoroughly configured project database and designed about fifty HMI screens, which comprise graphical user interface, according to P&ID drawings, that led to customer’s satisfaction and positive general impression at SAT phase.During commissioning, I played communicative and executive roles supervising the SAT process due to my expertise on previous on-site SCADA system.

- Supervised and performed monthly maintenance of SCADA (Telemetry) System at several Oil Pipelines Control Centres by developing and implementing ongoing project changes.- Supported clients on-site and on-call.- Solved various issues on SCADA software performance and SCADA application functionality.Commitments:- Reduced time and resources on implementing new tasks by doing code refactoring constantly.- Supported convenience and usability of working with the system of client's personnel by excluding from GUI the ergonomic flaws and excessive complexity.- Helped to solve some problems with SCADA application performance by committing bag reports to vendor support.- Helped client to upgrade hardware servers and install all System software, SCADA software and transfer SCADA application on new servers at five Control Centres.

-Maintained quarterly SCADA systems such as Fire Protection System and Central Automation System at Oil Pumping Stations, as well as Telemetric System at Pipelines Control Center.- Tested fire protection and equipment protection algorithms during maintenance.- Fine-tuned SCADA software on-site.- Changed HMI screens and IO configuration according to customer's demands.Commitments:- During the internship, I assembled a PLC control panel and developed small SCADA project.- Solved a client’s problem with slow switching between HMI screens by detecting and revising bad design of the responsible VBA macros.- Solved a client’s problem with regular SCADA application crashes accompanied unreasonable utilization of processor time and virtual memory by fine-tuning remotely wrong polling settings of nearly hundred field PLC.
