Integration Team Leader 787-9, 787-10, 777X ( staffing up to 17 engineers)-Review and negotiate 787-10 layouts across the entire fuselage and empennage to incorporate Non-Recurring Product Definition (NRPD) and volume integration requirements in layouts design.-Review 787 minor/major model changes to verify potential impact on 787-10 baseline configuration. -Assist 787-10 integration lead in team efforts coordination, work distribution, project work statement development and headcount estimation.-Develop and maintain MS Access database to store project data and generate quality/performance metrics for management.-Coordinate cross-functional team efforts in development of new engineering tracking and checking tools for 787-10 and 777X. -Manage implementation of “Operationalize Product Development” concepts for 787-10 and 777X engineering teams by setting up physical and electronic “Work In Progress” boards.-Prepare and facilitate 787-10 and 777X Boeing and partners lean Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops and trainings.-Investigate and incorporate manufacturing Change Requests (CR) and Problem Reports (PR) for 787-9 prior certification changes.-Prepare 787 change packages and represent my team at Change Board review meetings.-Develop and implement multiple MS Office based scripts to generate metrics, tracking files and indentured part lists from ENOVIA, IVT, BRIDGE reports.

Design Engineer 787, 737 NG -Coordinated 787-9 layouts design solutions and release schedule with manufacturing, stress and supplier management.-Designed, modeled, and released plenty of secondary structure, tubing and ducting details, assemblies, and installation models for 787-9 Environment Control System (ECS) within an aggressive schedule.-Performed pressure drop analysis of tubing routings, bonding and grounding analysis of equipment.-Performed initial stress assessment for secondary structure using analysis templates.-Verified spatial separation requirements and analyzed applicable airplane level threats for 787-9 systems layouts.-Investigated 787 design for potential cost optimization in design solutions, materials application and manufacturing processes.-Incorporated change requests via CATIA V5 design and ENOVIA release efforts.-Developed design concepts for battery enclosure and ventilation tubing as a part of 787 Emergent Battery Team-Coordinated design requirements between multifunctional 787 Emergent Battery Team and design department.-Investigated 737 NG primary structure drawings to provide data for stress analysis of repair solutions.-Developed and implemented various CATIA V5 VBA scripts for routine process automation.-Validated 787 Illustrated Parts Data (IPD) project statement of work to identify installations and assemblies for Line Replaceable Units.-Created CATIA V5 black box models to support 787 IPD.

Weight and Balance Engineer-Analyzed balancing cases of BE-103 amphibian airplane.-Prepared balance schematic drawings for BE-200 amphibian airplane.-Rewarded for development of MS Excel based method for automated balancing calculations.
