- Identify Mortgage Companies in approved states for the company to grow A&D Mortgage network.- Contact and present our brand, lending products and benefits with working with A&D Mortgage.- Negotiate agreements terms with approved contractors by company guidelines and instructions.- Provide training, updates, and information regarding the company’s loan programs, loan guidelines, loan processing, closing systems, technologies, and practices.- Connect regularly with approved brokers to obtain additional referrals and commitments for loan applications.- Prepare and submit reports in conjunction with activities including presentation materials, itineraries, company training, etc.- Act as the first point of contact and troubleshooter to assist the team with loan-level and systemic problems and identify and address performance issues with approved brokers.- Complete contact reports, broker relationship management data and any other reports or data collection.- Keep track and summarize performance trends and identify strengths and opportunities to improve results.- Performs other duties as assigned.
