In my role, I analyzed product consumption using tools like Supercollider, VMware vRealize vROps, Dbeawer, etc. I generated weekly and monthly reports, providing valuable insights. Utilizing Pendo, I identified at-risk customers and addressed potential service terminations. Regularly investigating usage trends, I supported the developers' team in making informed decisions about product modules.

In my role at the Foundation, I coached up to 100 teams, guiding them in product understanding and market relevance. Additionally, I facilitated five incubation and acceleration programs for over 80 startups, including initiatives for budding entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs. This involved creating educational content, engaging coaches, coordinating coaching sessions, organizing team-building activities, Peer-to-Peer sessions, Demo days, and networking events.

As the co-founder, I spearheaded commercial, operational, financial, and strategic management, overseeing R&D initiatives. Conducted market research and identified the need for new technologies, creating innovative ideas and corresponding business and investment plans. Developed start-ups, designed business models, and secured investor funding. Generated content reports, directed financial flows, and facilitated successful investor exits. Built and managed a 35+ member team of software developers, 3D modelers, hardware engineers, and technicians. Collaborated on the software architecture of SCADA and tracking systems, Media applications, and detailed Project Plans. Executed software product implementations for major companies in Armenia and Russia. Led training courses for customers, engineers, and staff. Engaged with clients to assess system effectiveness and discuss new features and change requests.
