- Responsible for developing, planning, scheduling and supervising the operations necessary in the process of drilling gas wells- Work with contracts and tenders- HPHT project- Semi-Submersible and Jack-Up drilling rigs

Control the processes and procedures due to the project • Optimization of drilling processes; • Data analysis, modeling (reports, drilling schedules, graphs and etc.). Make procedures for Sakhalin-1 project (ERD wells, multilateral wells, running casings etc.) Participate in planning and execution of 15 km ERD well( world record) Supervising drilling / completion jobs. Work on various types of completion ( manara, gravel pack, smart wells, screen type of completion, multilateral wells) Well site engineering on onshore / offshore rigs (Berkut, Yastreb, Orlan, Kretchet)

Monitoring the reporting of department specialists, service supervisors at well construction sites (50 people). Validation, verification and adjustment of reports (10 teams).Operational control at the field (a group of 4 fields) for the work of all contractors, participation in the drilling process at the drilling stage, control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations.Participation in the development and approval of work plans that are not provided for in the project for the construction of a well or not regulated by regulatory documents.Prohibiting and stopping work at the facilities in cases where the Contractor fails to meet the requirements of projects for the construction of wells at the drilling stage and the requirements of the Company's regulatory documents on industrial, fire and environmental safety.Organization and control of the preparatory work (dumping of cluster sites), tower construction works, mobilization of materials and equipment (auto, air, railway, navigation), final works (reclamation, delivery of sites).Development of technical tasks for participation in tenders for various types of services. Contract work.Projects: Vankor, Suzun, Tagul, Lodochnoe

Responsibilities:- Handle the tasks of planning and executing activities related to oil and gas drilling as part of a high performance team - Perform responsibilities of completing projects within planned cost and time goals in a safe and accurate manner - Responsible for project cost management and the accuracy of reports and cost data - Handle the tasks of managing and overseeing logistic aspects like equipment, manpower and materials - Coordinate with engineers, subsurface teams and vendors in planning and executing work - Maximize the performance of the team by constant monitoring and supervising their daily activities - Champion HSE policies and procedures of the organization.
