Responsible of IT systems and managing IT infrastructure of a medium size school. I am also Computer Science assistant teacher. Helping with on-line communication and internet marketing.

Netmail is the largest partner of Google in Czech Republic for its Enterprise products (Google Apps, Cloud platform, Search, etc...).I joined the company and its great sales team with task to increase our numbers from micro-enterprise segment. I was also partly helping with preparation of webinars and automation.My daily responsibilities included presentation of Google Apps through personal and on-line presentations to potential customers and long-term management of business contacts from their initiation to signing of contract.As the company was changing its internal structure, we agreed on the cancelation of my contract.

e-Škola is a private school which combines primary school, school of arts and kindergarten, all under one roof. My task was to increase overall presence on social networks and present daily live of the school via several channels.I focused to support the communication between parents and teachers, and promotion between school and its community. Google+, Facebook and school web page are used for this purpose.During these activities, the number of applications for first grade rose by 30%.I was working on this project as part-time job during my full time job at IBM. During October 2013, I had to stop my participation on here as it was consuming most of my free time. I have proven the meaning of active presence on social networks so there was no need for school to have external manager and the school started to manage itself.

Research: IGA 16/2012 Significance and Impact of Social Networks on Formation of Information Society and Social-Economic Environment

I was part of Operations team which was reporting directly to CEEMEA group of managers. The whole team was international, basicaly every member was from different country across Europe and we were in contact only via chat, videoconference or phone.We were preparing different reports on weekly basis focusing mainly on roadmaps, KPI analysis. There was a huge pressure to detail as the numbers had to fit perfectly and any deviation had to have a reason. A part of my job was also to ensure top level data quality in our internal system for project time and resource management with inputs from all over CEEMEA. I was able to secure 7 of 10 indicators to reach green (excelent) data quality on average.After 4 years I felt like I need to change in my work life, to experience something new and mostly to work on different position to learn new things again. So I ended up (thankfully) at netmail.

During my two years of teaching I was responsible for drum-prep lessons. I have learned to be very patient when it comes to explanations. I was very successful in maintaining interest of my students in drum playing.I was working here as a part time teacher during my studies on high school. After I moved to Prague because of the college I had to drop the job.
