Oversight and Strategy - Global Talent Mobility Programs & Leadership. Managing the overall performance of the program, team, and vendor partners to achieve critical business and talent goals. Overall support areas include International Relocations, Domestic Relocations within the US, US & Global Immigration Sponsorship programs and cross-functional global talent initiatives.

- Managing and supervising the Global Mobility Delivery Team (HR - Talent and Enterprise Services) in providing an exceptional experience to employees and the business units.

Main responsibilities included:- Act as the subject matter expert for immigration. Review with the Regional Supplier Manager and EMEA Immigration Project Development Manager for potential new immigration vendors, review vendor pricing and make written recommendations to management on change of vendor where deemed appropriate or required. - Manage EMEA immigration audit of legal requirements and local practices, including implementation of process improvements to meet necessary standards.- Work with Crown’s local offices to create regular corporate client bulletins summarising change in process or legislation across EMEA in regard to corporate immigration. - Conduct branch level reviews to ensure immigration compliance for Crown’s foreign workforce. - Assess compliance with data privacy regulations, both internal to Crown and external regulatory requirements. - Conduct periodic review of EMEA immigration procedures, communications and documentations - Review all EMEA immigration IOF's (Improvement Opportunity Forms) and/or client complaints on immigration related services- Conduct internal training for Crown team members on immigration processes, risk management processes and compliance. - Support MC's (Mobility Consultants) and local IS’s (Immigration Specialists) on complex immigration cases - Partner with Director of Global Immigration Services and Global Immigration Project Development Manager to monitor regional revenue, costs and profit margins for immigration services in all four regions. - Prepare recommendations and strategies to increase market share, revenue and profits whilst maintaining strict adherence to quality and compliance. - Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the management team informed of the operation and progress.

As Immigration Partner (Global Mobility function) for selected countries of the European region, I was responsible for strategic advice and counsel to the lines of business and IBM business units. The main focus was on understanding the immigration landscape, risk implications and mitigation of laws along with government relationships and the impacts on business strategy within the selected region. I acted in terms of collaboration with HR Directors/Leadership and Government Programs/Government Relations and in terms of facilitation to drive immigration and mobility strategy, legislative changes impacting the immigration requirements and internal mobility processes. The scope of responsibilities also included the communication and assessment of the immigration challenges as well as change management practice, partnering with Government Programs Executives and active participation on the external meetings related to the immigration and mobility strategy within the government. Also, the work encompassed the transition and project management in terms of the mobility and immigration services, including compliance, quality and vendor management practices. The biggest achievement is certainly the implementation of the fast-track process for highly-skilled workforce from third countries coming to the Czech Republic.

As HR Professional (Country Focal Point) I provided full employee life cycle management for the assignees and foreigners in terms of International Relocation programs in IBM Czech Republic and CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) headquarters. This included serving as a main point of contact not only for immigration, relocation and destination services, but also for wider scope of HR areas. As a part of the local HR team, I was responsible for the smooth communication and coordination between the Mobility Delivery Centers, managers and various HR delivery teams worldwide. I acted as a subject matter expert for immigration and mobility related topics for the CEE region. I actively participated on regular governmental meetings in close cooperation with the Government Programs Executive for Czech Republic and Slovakia and I facilitated the implementation of the pilot-projects enhancing the business mobility strategy in the Czech Republic. Working closely with HR BU Partners team and HR director for CEE, I became main focal point for the implementation of International Relocation programs in CEE territory.

As HR Advisor for France, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland I worked closely with lines of business managers, local HR teams and their support teams in four countries to provide day-to-day advice and guidance as it relates to various areas of Human Resources function such as performance management, compensation planning, budget analysis and employee relations. Also, I helped inform internal clients of expectations related to their work environment, such as workplace behavior and appearance. Furthermore, in cooperation with subject matter experts, I provided a full support on legal requirements, HR policies and Labor Code practices in above countries. As member of Human Resources Delivery Team, I actively participated in numerous training sessions and transition workshops mainly in Poland in terms of implementation of SAP solutions and enablement of the HR transformation projects within country HR teams both in French and English.

This research project was realised in cooperation with Ľ. Štúr Institute of Linguistics, Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava, and its aim was to prepare materials for the publication of academic morphology and syntax of the Slovak language by means of Slovak national corpus. The Slovak National Corpus (SNK) is a database of contemporary Slovak language texts, covering broad range of language styles, with additional linguistic information and a powerful query system.In terms of this project I worked with two other colleagues on the research of present and past conditional and I published the conclusion of my research in the final publication.
