Responsibilities:- Developing new business model "Skilled Migration" by the German chamber network worldwide to attract skilled workforce to Germany. Organisation of skilled labour projects together with the AHKs in Morocco, Colombia, Ghana and Uzbekistan- Creating a new business model for relocation practices to support individuals and German companies with their immigration needs.- Communication and building strong relationships with German migration stakeholders such as the Federal Foreign Office, the Federal ministry for economic affairs and climate action, German Trade Fairs, German Chambers of commerce in Germany and abroad, Germany Trade and Invest, Goethe Institut.Achievements:- Launched vocational education programs in three countries within six months.- Initiated an exchange format on migration issues within the German Chamber network.- Cooperation agreement between the DIHK and the Federal Foreign Office to enhance cooperation abroad.

INTERIMS PROJECTThe Delegation of German Industry in Central Asia promotes bilateral trade and investment between Germany and Central Asia. It supports German companies in entering and expanding into countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.Responsibilities • Representing the interests of the German economy in Central Asia and intensifying cooperation with local partners from business, administration, and politics. • Operational coordination of the office as well as implementation of operational and financial goals. • Development of new services, including recruitment of skilled workers for German companies.Achievements • Organization of the Day of the German Economy in Kazakhstan. • Activation of the exchange format with politically relevant actors on energy and raw material issues. • Budgeting• Development of trade fair partnerships• Introduction of agile project management
