Application architect of full-featured office GNSS post-processing software – developing UI and user interaction logic, data preprocessing, inter-component communication, coordinate transformation database and components, reporting, interactive maps. Portable coordinate transformation library and COGO (coordinate geometry), Calibration and Metrological algorithms, High precision Astronomical and Time calculations. Design and development the Common Tester Application, which manages Metrological Wafer Tools. This application has complex client-server structure with several common databases (SpecDB, DispoWeb), Tester Domain application and many remote or local clients. In this project the following internet and client-server technologies are widely used: the extensible markup language (XML) for collecting and transport data, the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) for remote user interface, Microsoft DCOM components, Microsoft Web Server (IIS 5.0) with Active Server Pages (ASP and ASP.NET), ADO technology and SQL for access relational IBM DB2 UDB. Personally design database schema (DB2 UDB 7.2) and Web application (IIS 5.0, ASP, COM) for access the common specifications database, advanced data processing. Also developed OCR project for recognizing labels on the wafer substrate.

Perform complex analysis, design and coding using Object-Oriented methodology for precision GPS software products. Activities include GUI, database and algorithm development using C/C++ for the Windows NT/9x platform. Evaluate third party components and tools for software development team. Research, design and implement algorithms for positioning applications. Unifying various existent data storages into the one general database, imple-mentation based on ADO 2.1. Creating COM components for access to specific Magellan data sources.

Supervising the Locus Processor, which is automatic post-processing software package for L1 GPS Locus receiver. It is extremely user-friendly, simplifying many of the office tasks, a fact which will be appreciated by novice and experienced users alike. The Locus Processor runs on the Windows 95/98 and NT 4.0 operating system. Also developing the network adjustment module as part of Locus Processor.Developing and supervising the WinPrism project. This package is advanced GPS+GLONASS satellites’ Data Management Software and released 5 February 1998. That was good experience in supporting big project (source code contained about 2 800 files with total size about 50 MB).

Participating in WinPrism project as leading programmer. Developing following parts of this package: the Interactive Shell, Sentinel protection, raw data Preprocessing, matrix Object Oriented library, and Install package. Fixing many bugs on debugging stage.

Designing from scratch the database applications for business accounting, bookkeeping and other needs. Adopting them to very changeable government laws and acts in Russia.

Participated in development the on-line tutorial for the aerodynamics: creating the interpreter for the special interactive mini-language with Lex/Yacc (special tools used to generate lexical analyzers and parsers) and developing DOS-based GUI.

Creating program for numerical 3D modeling of supersonic jets based on finite element method and numerical experimentation. Developing the applications with intensive computer graphics and visualization of numerical results for digital/analog modeling of jet engines. Using C language and FORTRAN under UNIX System V operating system.
