Vladislav focuses on tax advice for mergers and acquisitions, including tax due diligence, tax structuring, SPA assistance and tax modelling.Vladislav’s experience in particular includes: tax due diligences (buy-side, sell-side, pre-IPO assistance) of large groups of companies and individual companies operating in various industries (Retail, IT, TMT, industrial products, metals and mining, oil and gas, real estate);- post-acquisition tax advice, including consulting with respect to investigated tax risks and assets; tax structuring of M&A deals (including analysis of tax consequences in foreign jurisdictions e.g. Cyprus, Dubai, Singapore, the Netherlands etc.);- tax review of financial models;- SPA assistance on tax matters, including preparation of specific warranties and indemnities;- advising on different issues of Russian and International taxation.Vladislav has significant experience in tax audits per RAP and IFRS, including the review of tax provisions and preparation of tax review memorandums.
