- Launched the customer-facing API, securing the company's $1M ARR by keeping important clients.- Developed and launched a new major version of the frontend part of the platform (including backend API refactoring), providing the app's consistency and preventing future technical debt problems while improving the project’s onboarding speed and new features development time.

Delivered the new company’s application MVP within 3 months and implemented essential new features:- Reassembled the engineering team, promoted a T-shaped engineering culture, set up the scrum process, and introduced the sprint review, empowering teams to identify and solve problems autonomously.- Implemented the MVP, including UX/UI, backend, and frontend parts, using Django, React, and GraphQL.- Added support for non-linear scenarios, a big milestone for the company.- Migrated to BabylonJS, significantly improving app performance.

Mainly focused on launching my own startups. Although I haven't achieved great business results, I got a lot of experience in management, business development, and other fields and started understanding the big picture of business better.At the same time, I participated in several startups, helping them with their engineering processes and launches. The most significant ones:- Launched MVP for E-Contenta in just 3 months while keeping a high development and delivery performance later. Defined the tech stack, designed and implemented both frontend and backend parts using Django, React, and GraphQL, and created a fully automated CI/CD process.- New front-end for Workshop Butler (a training management platform for small-to-medium training businesses) I designed a fresh-looking UX/UI and implemented a new frontend application, reducing technical support efforts, improving performance, and shortening a new customer's onboarding process.

- Created a new smart advertising filter heuristic that decreased the number of harmful ads and helped combat gambling / NSFW advertising.- Participated in VK Messenger launch. Implemented support for contact syncing, message requests, and "channels".- Proposed and implemented the proof-of-concept for a voice message recognition feature.

I passed the way of eight times growth with the company from its early stage. The team and I were responsible for the following application parts: the affiliate program, customer-facing pages & purchase conversions, and the new "core" service.Key achievements:- Established an efficient scrum process in the team that empowered every member to achieve his best results.- Designed and launched many A/B experiments across the platform that increased company revenue multiple times as a result. A great result is based on the user scoring and conversions monitoring tools the team and I implemented.- Launched a new affiliate program app that solved all problems with statistics consistency. It helped successfully pass the financial audit.- Promoted and accomplished the moving process from monolithic to SOA architecture. The app had split into more than 20 parts, which decreased the new features' time-to-market.- Promoted, designed, and launched a new "core" service that improved almost every aspect of the application - performance (x2.5), uptime (99.99%), and integration time (weeks to hours). The new communication protocol respects the requirements of more than 20 engineering teams.
