Analyzed Information Assurance (IA) metrics, identified trends and emerging technologies, threats, mission requirements, and prepared briefings to senior leadership. Published, maintained, and updated enterprise-level IA policy, and reviewed IT/IA policy for compliance. Oversaw and managed portions of the Army Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes, including writing , reviewing , and verifying Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and conducting the evaluation of the overall risk posed by vulnerabilities to organizational missions, networks, and data using the RMF process and NIST guidelines. Tracked information system statuses, prioritized, and planned for annual IA control compliance activities and validation. Collected and verified continuity of operations (COOP) and disaster recovery (DR) plans to validate mission assurance compliance. Oversaw preparation and provided cybersecurity awareness education and training.• First to deploy as an Enterprise System Administrator for the Army’s Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Increment 2 (Inc 2) mobile brigade suite, boasting over ninety (90) domain controllers supporting over 3,000 strategic nodes and 4,500 users while geographically dispersed among multiple locations within Afghanistan.• Mentored and trained a team of ten (10) communication personnel on Cybersecurity, Active Directory, Help Desk procedures, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery , Microsoft’s SharePoint and Exchange services, security management , Identity Access Management, and a suite of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS).• Oversaw organizations' Cybersecurity training program; educating over 3600 personnel.
