Highly Experienced Visual Effects Supervisor and Director from European Entertainment Industry. The biggest Russian blockbusters in Portfolio, as well as American and Chinese movies. Content Creator and Creative Producer for VFX-intense Feature Films and TV Shows. Visual Effects Directing and Supervising in US, China, Bulgaria and Russia.Vladimir Leschinski received his Masters of Science Degree from The Moscow State University, Cybernetics and Computer Science Department in 1989. His diverse background in film and television has led him to play key roles in such projects as "Burnt by the Sun" (1994) by Nikita Mikhalkov.Vladimir was the head of the kernel team and created the memorable visual effects for the first Russian blockbusters "Night Watch" (2003) by director Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted).In 2004-2007 he has been supervising the visual effects for "Day Watch" by director Timur Bekmambetov, the fantasy "Wolfhound" by director Nikolai Lebedev, the thriller "Captivity" by director Roland Joffé (The Killing Fields) etc.In 2007 Vladimir Leschinski became an active member of Visual Effects Society (V.E.S.), first Russian ever accepted. His first visual effects project for Hollywood was "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium" directed by Zach Helm for Walden Media, and lately in the next decade "Law Abiding Citizen", "Conan the Barbarian" and TV show "American Gods". In 2018-2019 he supervised the Chinese blockbuster "The Legend Hunters" directed by Simon West.At present time Vladimir provides his service as a visual effects designer/director, content creator and creative producer.Specialties: Content Development, Film Development, Film Directing and Producing, VFX Design and Directing, Conceptual and Creative Approach, Director-Eye Previsualization, Problem Solving, Managing VFX teams, Network VFX Supervising and Producing
